You may have known us previously as "Calgary Dream Events", but as our clients (and their celebrations) starting taking us beyond the city, we realized we weren't just planning events in one place anymore. We were creating experiences wherever our clients needed us, and we knew we needed a name that could continue to match that growth.
So....Welcome to "The Social Co" !
The name was inspired by the idea of "a social" - In Manitoba, CA a "social" is a pre-wedding celebration where friends, family and the community come together to celebrate a couple before their big day. Its part party, part tradition- filled with music, dancing, drinks and a whole lot of love.
To us, that is what every event should feel like: meaningful, joy-filled and unforgetable. At the heart of everything we do is connection, bringing people toegther and creating moments that feel effortless. So the name "The Social Co" seems like a perfect representation of everything we stand for as a company.
